Subs For Alpine S2-A120M?

I have an Alpine S2-A120M, 1200w amp and would like to know what sub/subs would go well with this amp? I currently have a JL10w6 in a sealed box. I love to hear clean, tight, hard hitting bass and drums. Thanks for the help.

Is this a 1800 watts to 2000 watts subwoofer at 4 ohms subwoofer you have? JL Audio. How does it sound now? RMS. And how many channels to the amp? I read on JL Audio being the best.

The kind at Wal-mart JL music box pre-fabricated and ac outlet can be used for battery too. Though the sound on home base stereo was horrible. So same sounds on cars and amplifiers too. The pre-fab uses same speakers. But sounds junk. JL Audio sound good with wooden boxes because the volume and second skins used inside make the low bass sound clean and clear. Good sounding. My guess they just need one or two more filters, then pounding. $160 Dollars one box home system.

They use an Ollioscope to measure the amplitude to make it look identical to the output of a given speaker. I.e. set the radio and speaker.​

If you wire it at 4 ohms, that JL W6 will work. If you're looking for more bass, then that's another story. What is your budget and what type of vehicle will it go in?
