You can smear resin all over the inside of the box on the pcb. It should give it a nice seal. Ported would be the best choice. Checkout the box forum for help.

no offense but i highly doubt that you will get the ported box right if you can't do the sealed. it looks like the bottom slant is not sealed at all.

If the box is made out of particle board, thats your problem, you can seal the seams all day long but the board it's self is letting air escape. Use MDF...

Resin the inside and you'll be fine..There isnt anything wrong with particle board, it just crumbles when you try to affix pieces together even with pre-drilling...
