Subs are very quiet

I bet you have a wiring issue. You need to unhook your subs from the amp and test with a DMM.

So i just look for 2-3 ohms coming into the subs? what happens if there is more what do i do

You said you had two terminals. I bet inside the enclosure one is wired backwards. Just my guess. If you want, just unhook on sub and play the other. It will more then likely be louder. Then reattach your other sub. If the volume drops. Swap the +/- and it should be right.

What is your Lowpass knob set to?

I can't tell what anythings set up to because my amp just has a flathead screw in there that twists, it's kind of hard to figure out what it's set on. should i open the enclosure and see how it's wired on the inside?
