Subs/amp quit playing

For some reason, my subs will quit playing at random times. All I have to do to make them play is unplug the rca from the amp and plug it back in, and they immediately start working again.

I was having a problem with this before, and just replaced the rca with new Knukoncepts this morning thinking the old ones were bad, but I can't seem to get it fixed.
