Sub Upgrade?

As of right now i have 2 kenwood 12" 8 ohm "typhoon" series subwoofers, i believe to be able to handle 350 watts a piece. I can get JBL P1224 subs http://www.crutchfield.com/S-07PTTIi5QGF/cgi-bin/prodview.asp?I=109p1224for 113 a piece. How much of an upgrade would this be with a 600 watt amp? Also are these suited for a ported enclosure, mine are currently sealed. Any better subs for 113 or lower? Thanks in advance

kicker comps aren't a bad sub for the $

My other option is that I put two more of the kenwoods in, I have a box and extra subs lying here, theoretically (sp) it would be a 3 db gain, but if other subs will do it then i will go that route.

Do I have enough power to affectively use the kicker comps? 1 ported, sealed, 2?Thanks an assload for the help btw.

next time, please list amp and budget, also space helps too....heres is somthing you'll be happy with. Get 2 Pioneer TS-W3004SPL 12"s you can run them either sealed or ported.
