Sub Sonic??? Kicker

Hey My kicker Amp has a switch that says "Sub Sonic" On-Off.

What's it do and do I want it on or off?

It's a high pass filter, basically rolls off very low frequencies that you can't hear, but could damage your subwoofer if it's in a ported or bandpass enclosure that leaves the driver "unprotected" below tuning.

If it's in a sealed box, or you have a very low daily tuning (around 30Hz or under), you can pretty much leave it off.

leave it on for ported boxes or no...and i have another questioin..wut should i get the crossover on the amp at.. i have a kx1200.1 on 2 rl-ps 15's
