Sub recommendations?...

I'm going with a new setup in an Old School Convertible. (GM A-body) Give me some ideas on SPL sub setups with 12"s or 15". If all esle fails, i'm prolly running with (2) 15L7s Here's what i'm working with...

do you reasearch before you come on here talking crap Dub7s are not SPL subs....Have you even been to a car audio comp...EVER? iam not sayin dub7s **** i used to have a 12w7 about a year ago and SPL wise they do not compare to what i run now...

Is the $500 budget just for subs? How much do you have to spend on an amp? Because if you can't afford an amp to power some HDC3s, I would worry about that, too.
