Yeah the seats fold down...I think it might work...I have a pair of PPI A.8SQs that would fit pretty nicely!

.75 as a matter of fact...a little small for the sub but makes it a bit more punchy which benefits double-bass notes when listening to death metal //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I use ported for my metal. Still punches hard whether its through the eyes of the dead or 3 doors down

Well you'll gain a lot of output switching to a ported enclosure. A "smaller sealed" enclosure isn't gonna be better on double-bass, a properly designed enclosure will be.

A lot of people see a gain opening the trunk.

Take the 6x9s out, pretty pointless anyways, and you'll probably hear an improvement in output.

Try facing your sub towards the trunk lid (back).

Well I tried reversing the phase on my H/U and it solved the problem...not sure why, I made sure to connect everything properly...at the end of the day, as long as it sounds good I don't care. Now I need to find a better 10 because that Auditor sub is at it's limits...either a SVC 4-ohm or a DVC 2-ohm, the Eclipse EA3532 only does around 120 x 1 @ 4-ohms so I wouldn't need anything special...does anyone logged in to this thread have anything SQ-wise that would suit my needs?
