sub done for? help!

so I have an alpine swr 10-d4... everything visibly looks fine... I know the amp isn't bad and I know the wires aernt bad because I can hook up my other type r and it works fine... but I looked for anything wrong and couldn't see anything... I took the top of the terminal plug in's and put the wire directly on that and still wouldn't budge... anything else I can try?

the sub moves in and out just fine too... no resistance.
