it will work, BUT in order to really get enough power for those subs you will need to wire the DD M1c to .5 ohm. idk if that particular amp is .5 ohm stable however or if you have the electrical to handle it. you could also wire it to 2 ohm but that probly wouldnt be enough power for both subs

also i would go ported with those, not sealed. ported is going to wield the better output, also the box is going to have to be pretty big or decent size. My wife has 1 kicker L7 15 and hers in a 5.6 cube ported box. Make sure its a custom built box, dont waste your money on these pre-fab boxes that you see online

I think I would've gotten 2 dual 4 ohms with that amp so you could run at 1 ohm. Now you're stuck running the subs at 2 or 0.5. I'm pretty sure you can run the DD at 0.5 but make sure your electrical is up to snuff meaning 0 gauge wire, big 3, extra battery, etc... I agree with bgowdy that the bigger the box the better. I had an L7 15 for a while a looong time ago and I had it in 4 cubes. It suffocated it. I put it in 5.5 and it shined. You've got to remember that with the 2 L7's the cone area is almost like running 2 18's. I'd put them in around 11-12 cubes ported around 36-38 hz. Here's a subwoofer wiring diagram to get you to 0.5 ohm. Rockford Fosgate® - Woofer WiringWizard
