Sub/amp PROBLEM please help =[

i have a 10in alpine type r with a mrp 500 alpine amp sub doesnt produce sound after i cleaned up my wires and actually made things look nice in my trunk.the ground wire touched the power wire for a quick secound the amp still turns on. im not sure whats wrong? i changed the fuse in the fuse holder and the amp fuse looks good to me.

Was the Sub already in the box when you bought it? Sounds like its not wired right inside the box.

if you can't check the fuse with a volt meter change it anyways, but its not looking good....
