first off i wish you luck, hitting 160 will be very hard. prolly 90% of the people on the forum havent even heard 160, i am one of them. if my memory serves me correctly a W7 is more of an SQ woffer then pure spl, and if you really wanna hit 160 ur gunna want pure spl. With $1500 you have a lot of options. like 80 said be the 18 sx's would be a good choice. personally with your money i'd get in on the groupe buy as well but my vote would be for the MT. i'd get 2 15's with an orion 2500d on each in a ported box. id suggest a higher tuning but that doesnt always mean more db's. and as for your wiring problem...if you plan on running 4500watts you most likely wont be able to use 2 gauge wire you'd have to go with 0, along with some upgrade elec you said you had alrewady and search "The Big Three".
