Sub/Amp/Box Questions

ok well i am waiting on two PowerBass 15'' to come, they are around 500-700rms, and 1000peak,DVC 4 Ohm

will these subs get pretty loud?

what amp should i get to power them?

what ohm load should i wire, 1 or 4?

what should i go for a box??

haha, are they 500rms or 700rms?

In that power range 200w is a big diff.
