Strapping Amps....what will be the final load?

Ok so it looks like dual 1 and 1 amp to each coil will be the answer.

yea, they do it as a way to combat box rise, they say dual 2's so when you wire it at 1 ohm, it will actually be lower and with the box rise it will be closer to the 1 ohm you wanted.RE does it too i believe.

It's nothing inherent to Fi and RE.

Every subwoofer and speaker has a DCR (or Re) and then a "nominal" impedance.
