Stinky after recone?

my sub was doin that once before also.

bad ground made the sub make the noises you described when i flipped my switch(for mono amp)

EDIT: im assuming mine was a ground cause i had a pioneer deck and RCAs needed to be grounded also.

 
the wiring for my amp is correct, its the first thing I checked
I was refering to location like were is it grounded?I had a similar problem a while back if I turned it up it would bang to the beat then I could hear some constant beat that didn't go with the music.When I turned the deck down he subs continued to make a wa wa sound like a sine wave.I ended up changing the ground and raising the SS filter a bit.Solved the problem.

i don't think its the ground, its right on the frame
