Is it worth moving up to a 12" D2 from an RE SE 12"? Is the Sound Quality difference that noticeable?

as far as sq i'm sure it's a step up, from what i have seen it can get loud off of 400-500 watts, imagine these bad boys at 900-1000 watts.....

so let me get this straight..u put a 15inch magnum in a 1.25cube sealed and it got loud and still sounded good?..am i hearing this correctly.?

No. I was surprised it sounded as good as it did in the 1.25 cu ft box. The volume wasn't crazy but I was playing a kanye song with it and my mirror was rattling at low a fairly low volume. The bass seemed to carry. It didn't get very loud but I didn't try to play it loud in the 1.25 box, I just broke in the sub using that box. I was surpised at how well the sub responded to bass in the small box. Now I wouldn't recomend a 1.25 cu ft box for this 15" as it didn't serve the sub any justice.

glad u cleared that up quickly..lol....i wish i can fit 2 15's in my trunk.....i probably could but scared 2

I wish I could fit 2 15's in my trunk. Oh well guess I'm stuck with 2 12's and my orion 2500D, I think I'll survive somehow
