Just put a seam down the middle of the false floor, or 2 seams down the sides (less noticable) and leave just the largest part that can fit in/out of the trunk as a solid chunk.

I think ls2 is buying stock in Georgia Pacific lol, you got a pickup or van or something to get all this MDF or do you have the store cut it up for you?
