Started my diet today and...

Did you at least beat a bitch?
Hell yes, I was so pissed when it happened. She thanked me for helping her out and I later on got something in return. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

Still was pissed so kicked some punk asses out and beat down on a few. Never will throw a large one again.

she was probably fat

I'm 155-160lbs at like 5'8" and cant gain any weight if my life depended on it

I worked out for every day for a year straight, consuming my body weight in grams of protein per day (mostly whey but other stuff to) and no changes.

Also I drink about a case of beer every weekend.. I get baked eat mad pizza/chips/candy and grill up steaks/shrimp on the reg and alot of mountain dew

dunno

6'-2'' @ 235 right now. I don't really care about weight just body fat %, which i need to get measured. I don't really diet, just eat a lot healthier. Cutting out fast food makes a big difference. I've been eating salads, yogurt, chicken breast and cereal for awhile now. Every once in awhile i'll get some Jack in the Box, Taco Bell or Carl's Jr. but that's only once a week at most.

A few months back I was going through a huge depression phase. Didn't exercise at all and just ate junk food. I was around 270 lbs or something and I didn't notice until I saw a pic of me when I finally started to snap out of it.

I do a lot of weightlifting as I am trying to bulk my muscles up. I do a little bit of cardio and play basketball but I think I will up my cardio more since I need more endurance. I tried the extreme calorie counting a few years ago and I was able to get pretty thin (for me at least). I just hated starving myself. Now my only real problem is trying to match my body weight in protein. There is only so much chicken and protein shakes I can consume in a day.

I kinda cheated the other day and had a few Summer Shandy's and a huge BLT for dinner. I could live off a diet consisting only of beer and bacon. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

It's also expensive to eat healthy, protein rich foods!

Yeah it is. But if you're not at the bars every weekend dropping $50, it makes up for it. I also find it's cheaper to cook for yourself than going out to eat and pay for meal + tips. Even if it is more expensive, just feeling better is worth the expense.

$50 a weekend.. **** 50 could be a weeknight for me buying beers and food... Ive spent 100+ in a night at bars easy. But I dont consider that food/health thats recreational entertainment for me, I buy friends drinks when drunk enough also (they do the same, what goes around comes around)

But yeah, its not extremely expensive.. but buying ingredients for say a stir fry at the grocery store is alot more expensive than going to mcdonalds and getting 4 mcdoubles lol

Buying organic is where it gets expensive.

One of my favorite to eat healthy meals (also kinda fun to cook)

Boneless skinless chicken breast (2lbs?)

broccoli

snow peas

water chestnuts

carrots

sometimes jumbo shrimp

fry all that up in a wok and also throw some rice in there

so bomb... then with some sesame ginger sauce. GG

Yeah I've dropped $100 in a night. I've cut back a lot from going as much as I used and now that school is starting up again, I may go once a month. Maybe not even that. I gotta get my grades up.

When you look at the bank account on Sunday morning and see the expenses, it's like ****, coulda spent that on other ish.

Now where trying to be all fit n stuff gets expensive is supplements. I don't even take that much. Protein, glutamine, creatine, multi vitamin, glucosamine+chondrotin, and pre workout. I have body builder friends that have tackle boxes filled with assorted pills.

I need to get on some kind of weight gain program. Never been over 145lbs. Weigh 130 now.
Ive never been over 137. Im 5' 10". Broke my leg 2 1/2 months ago, and that put me down to 127 or so.. which is where Im at right now. Most of that 10 pounds I lost was muscle in my leg..

Im really picky, all I eat is junk food pretty much. No healthy stuff, no greens, no meat, no milk, ..

Had 2 400 calorie meals so far, walked for an hour uphill and back down. Get home, open the fridge and there is about 10 shiny bud lights looking back at me. At this point, i say FUCK IT! Im probably about 800 calories deep in beer now... Anybody else drinkin' today?
Well, u have no will power, your weak and fat...but atleast you have a Malibu and thats a real mans ride

Common son, step up your game !
