Started my diet today and...

yea losing weight ***** lol... im not fat or anything i was just looking to drop a few LBS lol. when i started i weight right at 240. the ONLY thing i did was i dropped sodas for about 1.5 months and upped the amount i play basketball a little bit more i dropped 23 lbs. so im at 217 not. im bout to work on dropping another 17 just to get back to 200. so yea if im going to work out or whatever ima do something i like to do so i play basketball to stay active.

 
Congrats but that is really f'n unhealthy.
This is a diet that my doctor and nutritionist put together for me... All my blood work and levels are perfect... I'm healthier even at the weight i'm at than 90% of the people my doctor and nutritionist take care of now.. When I hit 200lbs they plan on bumping my diet up to 1200 cals. to see how that holds.. My whole goal was to not end up having type 2 diabetes and having a stroke in my mid 30's... If my blood work and all of my levels are perfect and I am not having any issues on this diet then I don't see an issue with it..

When I was in High School I played football, I stayed around 200-230lbs, Was a Middle Line Backer for Jacksonville High in Jacksonville Arkansas.. I ran the 40 in 5.1 the running backs ran it in 4.6-4.8 I was healthy as hell... my height kept me from going to collage for football.. I stayed between 230-260 till I was in my late 20's

then personal stuff and depression i gained a ton of weight in 2-3 years... so i'm just looking at getting back to being healthy and everything else.

 
lol... I was on a 600 calorie a day max diet for about 6 months... was hard as hell.. In beer its not really the calories its that its complete carbs..
Beer isn't a complex carb.

They would know better than I. From my understanding 1000 or less a day for a normal person is unhealthy. You're a special case though..

 
May 22 2011 I was at 368 lbs... as of today I am at 229lbs and some change.. I don't drink Cokes, Milk, I stay under 1000 cals aday 99% of the time.

lol I was going to do P-90x, i almost had a heart attack watching the intro to it... I just workout 2-3x a week for 30mins when I can.. but I walk about 1-3miles aweek sometimes more. Its hard to get into a set of what I really want to do with the way I work.. I travel more than 1k miles a week on avg. so what I do when I'm out on a site that we are looking at buying is walk around it 3-4 times and walk a few blocks each way looking at other property around the area

man FVCK p-90X. i couldnt even do the intro/warm up lol. i was watching the video. you know its bad when the people he hired to do the video with him was saying FVCK IT during the workout lol

yea i see. i work nights so i cant exercise all that much. i play bball 3 times a week, and i think i may eat like once a day(i know it aint healthy but thats just what im use to). and i drink water mainly. when me and my wife go to dinner 9 of 10 times i will order water with lemon. the 1 of 10 i order a sweet tea.
