Okay so can you just get smart start? Or does it only work with Viper systems?

I thought the cool factor of the viper 5901 is that it has longest range ever and a better LCD display keychain...

But both of those positives get cancelled out with the smartstart application anyways correct?

Like there no point in even carrying the viper keychain?

What does the viper 5901 offer, that smartstart added onto the lower viper models does not?

SO i just went to the viper smart start app page. It has horrible reviews of people claiming it doesnt work half the time, and the advertised two-way communication isnt even used.

in fact, everyone is saying the screenshots and details of the product listed on the site, and the app store both do not actually exist in the program.

Apparently you cannot even open/close your windows with this either, my regular keyFOB can at least do that...

I dont see what you are paying for, for $1000.

I would rather wait for a system that has what it advertises and can at least roll my windows down.
