With that much power, the thing should be moving. It’s a 3” coil, even with a stiff suspension that is more than enough power to push it to the limits (3” 4 layer I have no clue how it can take 2500 rms lol). Cheaper multimeters can be way off. Measure both coils again and don’t touch the cone or anything like that.

Maybe it needs a 5k amp lol...i am ordering a jp33 today for the hell of it.just to try it out.599 is a steal.wont stay that way long.cant install until my Ho alt comes in though.

I did about 10 minutes later and it said 1.9 or something.it was late and i had to go to bed..it seemed when i turned the gain up i heard a humm noise instead of output.

Well i hooked it up for shiit and giggles and i was like wtf ?? Where is the output.

Give it a few to break in and stretch it's legs. The Zcon has never had an output issue.

What I usually do is take one wire strip off about 2 inches and about 1 inch from the other one. Wrap the 1 inch wire around the 2 inch wire and tessa tape/solder or whatever in place and then insert the remaining of the 2 inch wire into the sub terminal

No i was talking about the 2 10 awg wire twisted together to try and get into the terminal.

So i have to wait for it to get loud ? The DB was loud out of the gate and is only getting louder.maybe it needs dual aero ports like the xcon.

Edit i think the problem is the box needs to be bigger for this sub and i dont have the room for that in my truck.so i will see how it performs in a home audio setup.already have a 2000 w pro audio amp i have using with two diamond d6's for awhile now.may just take them out and use this.

Well just called SSA again about my Evil 15 that was supposed to be in stock, he said he would call me back when they figured something out. Not gonna lie I'm kind of pissed now. I was told my sub was in stock and I did the swap about a week before Pop did. Pop already has his two 18's that they had to build but I still don't have my 15 that was in stock. Gonna give them till the end of the day and I'm going to get a refund if nothing happens. Really bummed out.
