Meh...Do you have AIM.

I might can offer a little insight. I might not be the best at making a BTL sound great in a box, But I got my 12" pretty darn loud for no testing what so ever.

So your current box is- Sub firing forward, Ports back. Right?

And you are testing Legal or Outlaw?

Everything closed, 12 inches from the pillar 4" from the bottom of the windshield, car on so I dont kill the battery. Sub forward, port back 1.695 net with 2 4" aeros at 17" long. I havent shortened them any, but I was burping in the low 50s.

what are the diminsions of the box...

And from the pics, I can see the ports are internal, You might be running into the same problem I am...(or I was, I fixed It)

Also how much power are you playing with?

30x14x14 with a 45* on the ports corner thats 12x12x17

Do you have an external Pic of the box...like a full shot, Especially the side the aeros mount.

what was the first box you tried?

If you havent...Try 1.8-2.0 net...with both of your aeros firing towards the drivers side Externally.
