***SPLluminators 149.9 Bassrace Wall Build***

Ok guys, i havent been on the forums much lately but im back. I got the other amp in just the other day and it pounds. Its easily at 150-152+ with the window down tuned at 31hz. Im also getting a ton of flex on the baffle(1/8th to a 1/4" movement) even though it is 2.25" thick.

Heres the list of to-do's:

*3/4" all-thread through the front to the back

*Seal off around the faceplate

*Build a larger port(13" or so) tuned around 31, and another around 36(currently i only have 7.75 sq in. of port per cube).

*Resin the inside/outside(possibly if it gets warm enough and i need that extra .1 or so)

*Get the 220A alt in(stock is still in)

*Do the big 3

Any other ideas to gain? There is a lot of room for improvement thats for sure, just looking for opinions.

Thats just nuts. No need for that in my app. Im happy with my 10's and ST350's. However itd be nice if i coudl adjust my Xover slopes on the Imprint(dont know how?)

I didn't own a single mid at that time either lol.. owned 48 of those, 2 stetsom 7kds, a sundown proto 50.4 no labels and a sundown 3k, sold it all and traded the van //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

SOB, look at you keeping your seat belts.

now why didnt i think of that.

Well i ****ed up on the door pods. I used spray adhesive to hold the fleece on instead of CA glue like usual, and it pulled up once it got saturated. Of course this was after i completely saturated the whole thing. Its drying now and im just hoping they turn out ok. If not it was a LOT of wasted resin. Im sticking with the usual T-shirt and CA glue from now on. Works much better than what these forum guys recommend. lol.
never tried the CA, staples or hot glue ftw.

Impressive build.

well you only have one amp on there if i read that right, those numbers on one amp are pretty **** good.

maybe if you 45 the edges on the inside....i saw you put a small one there, but if you made it so that there was no stepdown, that "may" help. is there any kind of flare on your port?
