becuz to be honest with u.....u started this project on the wrong foot....

i would have dynamated the metel first...and put some greatstuff spray foam in the parts u couldnt reach with the dynamat..

that was on the list of things too little to mention. we added four cans of expandable foam, and i got it all over my pants.

then i would put a couple of layers of concrete on the metal...

exactally what we planned to do, in fact, that was in one of my posts

then the few layers of mdf on top..then to add strenght to the box....

i told ya that our box wasnt built yet. we just cut out ONE LAYER of the bottom to see if it would fit right

fiber glass the inside of the box with a couple of coats .....

ahem. the box has not been built. we know what to do mang.

basicly u need to dead the metal first be4 u start building any type of box...

do you see a box? did we build a box yet? i dont think we did...

i see where u were going with the doors..and thats was ok...but u needed to dead the metal be4 u start slapping wood on to the metal..

What subs will you be running?...

well, we have some other equipment that includeds some 1.4kw amps, a pair of 18" IH's, and some batteries, but that might all change. we will keep you informed.

Yanno, you could throw a computer in there. RTA in the van - great for tweaking, temperature monitoring, termlabbing, signal-generating etc.
