Don't use that box. Having the speakers on the oposite plane is a bad idea.

It's fine to have them on say the top and front of the box.

Nice subs. The box would cause cancellation within the box and hurt the output--in my opinion. Why did you design the box like that--if I may ask?

dont want to do an in-trunk box build and my max demensions wont let me put the subs side by side

If you can't get em going along the front-panel try to get the box deep enough to get 'em on the top panel. Just make sure to leave clearance so when they hit they don't literally hit the rear-deck or trunk-lid.
