wall has not been built yet. concrete has not been bought yet. equipment has not been removed from old vehicle yet.

but thus far, this is what we got;

heres some MDF door panels we put on

here is the bottom piece of the box we are making (note, will be multiple layers thick, just wanted to see if it would fit before we started the build)

this is the shop we are working at

and we painted it today, one coat of primer before we do the color

we did a few more things, but nothing worth note. we may have a switch of audio hardware, if we do, ill post, if not, ill post.

like i said. the van was $100. so we arent too worried. he sanded it down this morning (not too much, just enough) and we are giving it an ok paint job. just so its presentable //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

there are a few dents and such. we just wanna make it look a little more flash than "sunburnt 92 plymouth peeler blue"

um....whats your spl goal....becuz to be honest with u.....u started this project on the wrong foot....i would have dynamated the metel first...and put some greatstuff spray foam in the parts u couldnt reach with the dynamat..then i would put a couple of layers of concrete on the metal...then the few layers of mdf on top..then to add strenght to the box....fiber glass the inside of the box with a couple of coats .....basicly u need to dead the metal first be4 u start building any type of box...i see where u were going with the doors..and thats was ok...but u needed to dead the metal be4 u start slapping wood on to the metal..i'm just giving u pointers to help u out
