X2, but 287 bucks isn't that much money. I doubt you can find a decent lawyer to even begin to get that down for a low cost. I'm telling you right now and from experience you won't pay 287 bucks. All you can do is follow the law from now on, go to the court, accept your punishment, and quit being a moron. You can make 287 bucks in as little of a week of work, i'm sure it won't put your family on the streets.

its 287..an i think i said 27 over erlier on the thread..but its 37..i though it was a 50..but it was a 30..an i was goin 77..my moms been tryin to talk to the courts seein wat we can do..anyone in texas dealt with this before?

Doesn't liek 20 mph over or ore usually get you reckless op. At least it does here.

It may, are you sure it does here? I know minors who have gotten pulled over like that and really still gotten it reduced.

when i my friend got his ticket for 40 over (90 in a 50) he had to do 100 hours comunity service, write a 4 page essay on driving saftely, fine $300, and his licene taken away for 6 months...when i got my ticket for "excessive acceleration" (buring out) i had to wirte a 2 page essay and thats it, also it didnt go on my record because it was my first offence

my friend got pulled over doing something rediculous like 92 in a 35. I think that was like his 20th or so ticket it sems. He gets off the hook easy because his dad is like assistant chief of police. But wouldnt you drive fast as **** if this was your ride...
