speeding ticket

i was goin 27 over //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif but i think in texas u might have to..i could get someone to come as my mom..if i could find a middle aged woman willing to do that

In some states (including mine) anything more than 20 over is considered wreckless driving, and not just "speeding".

how much was it?
$220 originally, but I had it knocked down to $150 in court. Court can save you money.
It was my fault for not seeing the 5-0 around the corner when I turned. Had my windows up, but my sunroof open. Guess he felt me coming

how old are you? in michigan if you are 16 and get a ticket you loose your license i do believe. when you turn 17 you get your operators license and are off of probation. here in michigan 20 over is a felony. go in and pay your ticket and be lucky you still have a license.

what you could do is try to get the ticket changed. i got a ticket for doing 71 in a 55 and i went and got it changed to an impeding traffic ticket and got no points on my license. i still had to pay the fine, but didn't get any points either.

Dude, tell your parents, have them call the judge or DA to see if you can work something out. Go up there with your parents and plead no contest and try to get it deferred from your record then play nice during your probationary period. Also dont argue and be real remorseful for what you did. If the judge ask you what your future plans are be ready to tell him you are trying to get into a certain college for a certain profession.

Last thing you want is trying to take care of it without telling your parents and then them finding out from the insurance company when your premium goes up or you get dropped for having several points against your record.

Trust me, This is your best bet with a 27 over ticket. I have had a ton of different tickets since I was a teenager with alot of them being pointable violations and yet I have still managed to keep a spottless record. Not to mention my first 4 tickets I got in one day from running an oncomming Highway Patrolman off the road while speeding and passing in a no-pass zone on a 2 lane highway + no seatbelts. That trooper was pissed at me for that. I still had to pay most of it but at least I had my liscense and kept it off my record.

Okay...just got done talkin to my mom about it...think my trucks goin up for sale cause its in my dads posession(dallas) and if i know him..hell sell it..so i dono what im gonna do...but the cop said i am not eligible for defensive driving...i think i just have to pay for it and face insurance..but it doesnt really matter cuase i wont even have a car...but i guess i got off somewhat easily..i dont think i was buckled up..and i had a dip in when i got pulled over..when i got out somehow before the cop came to my window...cause it was just a backroad..so they were just out of the cars in a driveway..with one of them lazer radars..but i dono how itll all pan out..now before all you older people start yellin at me for bein a dumbass..i already know and dont care to hear it..and for those who are going to do it to be a dick...then thats just..mean //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I would not recomend tryin' to find someone else to cover as your parents...NOT A SMART IDEA AT ALL! That would be really stupid...your not playin' a game your playin' with the law. You play with them they'll play back lol! Just tell your parents and thats that. I'm guessin' it's a 115+ for that ticket too.

here in good ole PA...i got wreckless driving and a full body/car search for doing 105 in a 45...ticket was $105, i was a minor so i had to get it signed by a parent...but they didnt have to come in...

i guess thats a good deal
