speakers popping and crackling

having an issue with the amp randomly either whe ncar starts and radio turns on or while driveing the speakers will just start crackling and popping like 120 volts aree going through it had the amp repaired and tested and came back with the same problem it when in for so im thinking it has to be something else in the system but what

any help or thoughts is appreciated
