4k is highly unnecessary. You will go deaf. In a room you need much less power than in a car. Like Jim said, focus on efficiency in the components you use.

Build a vented sub box tuned to about 40 hz.

This is all decent gear that should last a long time. Build or buy a rack for the amps.

A turntable and/or DJ style CD players and a microphone.
