Speaker wont move...whats wrong????

i just bought some brand new boston spz60 and when i push on the cone of the woofer their stiff as a board. they play and produce sound (not much) but their just isnt any movement. i dont think they are blown. i tested them with a multimeter and it showed 3 ohms. Whats the deal??????

what are they running off? head unit or amp? and how many watts rms is each side getting?

im using a zapco ref350 so their getting about 125 watts a side. i know they can take more power but regardless they just flat out dont move at all even when i push on the cone. ive never seen a speaker that wont move when you push the cone in

Either:

1. They are really stiff speakers, but I doubt this is the case.

2. They are fried and the VC is locked up.

3. The motor shifted and pinched the VC.

one person told me they were blown but i did a ohm reading with a multimeter and got 3 ohms
