speaker wiring

hey guys just wondering if it would be better to wire the 4 door speakers to the amp (sub is only thing running from the amp)?

Or is it better to run them straight from the head unit

the amp is a 4 channel Power Acustik platinum series PAT 450

will this give better sound quality? at a higher level?

dont wire stock speakers, upgrade them first. but i would only run the front speakers off the amp and rear off the HU

i have upgraded the fronts..

what channel should i put them on? is there any advantage of bridging?
