Speaker wire OK on powerwire side?

Ok well I know RCA wires have to be away from the power wire, but the speaker wire running around the power wire is this to avoid??

Because I would have to rewire all me left side speaker wires to run from the right side of the car which I find ridiculous.

I ran my speaker wire over my power wire to get to my left speaker, and i get no interference.
