Speaker Whine.

Okay so today i regrounded my HU to the chasis by were the amps are grounded and still i have the whine. When i unplug the RCAs and turn on the car i still have the whine. What can it be?
unplug them from the headunit or the amp?

Amp ground?
Iam thinking thats it, i have my amps grounded in the back seat bolts, but the bolts come from the chasis and through the seat frame and my crimps are touching the seat frame and the bolt from the frame not the frame itself, get it? Either that or its my HU? Im so pissed! Even my subs whining.

Then by process of elimination somethings around with your amp ( assuming the speakers making the noise are hooked the the amp).

when you disconnect the RCA's and they still whine, it eliminates the HU, since the hu cant cause the noise if it isnt connected.

I'd say try finding a different ground. I would think the seatbelt bolt would work, but try a new location to eliminate that problem.
