Speaker plug on amp

You'll need to remove the pins. Usually there's a locking tab on the pin that you have to push over so the pin will slide out the back of the connector. Then unwrap the crimped part and remove the wire from the pin. Solder a new one on.

Far more trouble then it's worth, and risk of damaging the pin or connector. Personally I'd just extend the wire from a couple inches out.
