Speaker is not the problem as I've used 2 completely different speakers to test and they both did the same thing. If I shut the amp off and turn it back on with the sound down low it will play through the speaker, however if I turn the volume up it starts to distort terribly then will cut out completely or simply crackle. This problem is only effecting the front right speaker (I have both front speakers connected to a 2 channel amp). I checked the connection to the speaker itself and it was fine, even tried to connect a different speaker and the same problem occurred.
Just wondering what the issue might be?
