Speaker brackets

I bought a set of phoenix gold component rsd's for my 08 wrx sti. It seems that the STI has shallow speakers and need brackets for window clearance. I am planning on getting these speakers installed professionally.

I am wondering if they can make brackets to fit the speakers, or will I have to buy new speakers? And how much will this cost?

Any help would be appreciated.

most of the time you can just cut a ring from MDF wood that's 1/2" or 3/4" to raise it out some for clearance. Just make sure the door panel will fit back on.

If you take it to any decent shop they will build baffles for 'em, no worries. Just take it to them and say you want them installed but that they will need to build baffles for them so the speakers will fit depth-wise.

EDIT: HAHAHA POST 200!!!!
