Speaker and Audio cables, which ones to get?

Hi,

Before the amp arrives, i would really like to get my cables all settled. First off, what audio cables should i get? Does it really matter on quality cables? I need 4 channels for a future sub amp, so would this be good? They need to be at least 13 ft

What about speaker cables? If i get the system i want, then its the jl audio 300/4 drivin focal utopias.

Also, my car already has 2 phoneix gold 4 awg cables with a fuse on the red cable that was from the previous car owner. Should i just keep them or just change them out too? Them seem to look in good shape still.

I second the knukonceptz (knukoncepts.com)...just make sure you wrap the barrels with electrical tape before you shove it all back in the dash...them things can ground easily.

I used all kicker S series wire in my car, the 12 and 16 guage twisted speakerwire and twisted pair sheilded signal cables. Very nice wire, the power wire is very flexible and easy to use.

just get stinger. I think they are the best. Stinger has good stuff.

get tsunami wiring. or PG wiring or walmart wiring or just get copper wiring.

It isnt going to make an audible difference, so I would say just get what ever you can get at a decent price.

they are pretty good, but as stated before... horribly over priced. The gain from the construction is not worth the pricing point.

Oh and can someone estimate how long i would need for an Acura Integra 2 door?

I plan on adding a 500 watt amp for the sub later on, so im guessing i should upgrade the power cables from 4 awg to to 1/0 rite? How will this work out with 2 amps?

also, the JL audio manual states i should use maxi fuse or something. Do i have to use those?

Never buy Monster Cable.

1) They are horribly, horribly, horribly overpriced.

2) They are running other companies into the ground and forcing them to close their doors based on the unrelated use of the word "Monster" in their company name.

Monster Cable needs boycotted.
