Space issues with getting low

I have a reg. cab Ranger that I cannot cut the rear speaker pods out of, lowering the amount of air space behind the seats even more. I am tall and I have to have decent room for a passenger. My first choice was the DDt1508, but I'm not sure I can give it enough airspace with a port. I have also considered getting a different 8" and going sealed. Finally, I thought about doing a shallow 12" such as RE or JL.

My questions are:

1. Is a 1508 sealed even worth thinking about, or could I go ported?

2. Realistically, how much low end can you get from a good 8" sealed?

3. Would a shallow 12" have good low end extension sealed? Ported?

The ABSOLUTE largest box I could fit would be these measurements, but take into account I need to mount a DD S4 and a sub amp, prolly DDM80:

31" long

20" tall

7" bottom depth

Depending on height, 2-5" top depth

Also there is a space under each speaker pod that's about 5"X7" which would be a good exit for an aero port if necessary.

Thanks for the help //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
