Soundstream STL1.1200D <- Any good? I need a small amp for 12" Type-R

Well.... somebody from SonicElectronix just called me back because their inventory must have been off... the "1 left in stock" that I ordered did not actually exist.

...anyhoo...

So we're gonna go with the Pioneer GM-D8500M instead. I'm not to keen on the connectors... but it'll match my 4ch also from them so what the heck.

I've NEVER seen one that actually modifies the amplifier gain. Having them adjust the boost is what I want.
If you can post a link of some amp where the remote bass knob actually modifies the gain... I'd be shocked.

You haven't seen a lot of amps then. There are a ton of amps that have knobs that adjust gain. All the sundown amps, audioque amps, cadence amps and many many more. You should never use bass boost fyi. It is a great way to clip the signal and blow your sub.

GOD we should just make a "Running Type-R? Here are your amp options" thread then sticky it.

We get one person asking about what amp to run their type-rrrrrr at least once a week if not more.

OP get an Audiopipe AP15001D and call it a day, it'll bump hard.
