I could set the maxxlink properly, and hook up the atomic in place of the soundigital, and go from no dbs to 150s lol. I literally spent hours like i said before, 3 hours, trying settings just to see if anything got us some good sound at any frequency lol. The one thing i didnt get to do, which i really really wanted to, was to take a DMM and put in a test tone cd, and look at the amps output at frequencys all over. 10, 30, 70, 150, 500, 1000 etc.soo your look to get more lows ? out of the amp
X2i really think it is the amp then.try a dif amp and see if the issue is gone that will tell you
as long as u are sure it is setup right then ya gotta send it in man.
Jeez...If your setting your LPF on your headunit and on the maxxlink then there is really no way possible there can be voices making it to the subs. Even if the amp is screwed up it cant just make up what is already cut out via HU and maxxlink. Either its the install or your hearing things. As for the output of the amp. Subs out of phase or a bad amp are what come to mind first.... Good luck
