sound stream granite 12 any good?

wow holy old sub. I had one in my Fiat in 1991 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Were solid subs for the time, but now even a entry level Kicker sub puts a smackdown on it.

WOW, I had 1 of them a loooonnnggg time ago, if you fire it up the surround might turn to dust hahahahaha me Im a old SS fan though, that was all i ever bought in the 90s, Granites, SPL12s, referance amps ahhh . wanted a 10.0 but back then out of my budget, exacts were really nice as well

Nice entry level subs that were durable and very efficient. Use some of the same technology / materials as the Reference line. Only real problem was the required box size was large from what I remember. I think the 12 sealed was in the range of 3cf. It's just a sub to fill in a different market at the time. Better subs to have were the Exacts, SPL 160/170:drool:, Reference Limited Edition.
