sound problem, could be sub or amp, not sure which

Hey, long time member, been a while since i've posted though

I've ran into a slight problem recently

first things first, i have a 15" XXX and an 1800d brutus amp, wired down to 1 ohm

here lately after i start the car or turn to acc to play music, for the first 10 mins or so i get this really loud high pitch that sortve beats along with the bass, occasionally it will stop when i hit a bump, but now it doesn't seem to.

just looking at the sub as it is doing this, instead of pushing out with the bass, it sucks in and makes the loud whine.

i've been told by local shop owners it could be the sub, or the amp, neither know for sure.

I can record a video of it if needed, but i'm not sure what i need to do to fix it, i've tried regrounding, and moving the RCA's so i'm pretty confident that it is not engine noise.

also, forgot to mention but had this same setup since mid 2004ish it seems
