Sound only when using am fm tuner

Hi everyone I'm new to the site and I'm having issues I justed installed a new head unit external amp and sub to my 2002 Acura cl type s with Bose and navigation. I used a wiring harness that should allow integration of the factory amp and was attached partially for speaker connections using the outputs on the back of the head unit to the problem while listening to the radio using the am fm tuner all is well sound all around factory speakers and aftermarket subs. But while using any other source auxiliary,Bluetooth,cd or USB no sound from factory speakers only subs I'm confused any help would be appreciated

First thing that comes to my mind is you used the 'Power Antenna' (solid blue?) out from your head unit, rather than the actual 'Remote Out' (blue/white?). I don't completely understand your setup and how the factory amp is getting power but that would be where I would start.
