Sound Deading a 97' F-150 Supercrew?!?! HELP!

Alright..well I'm ordering my Brahma and a JBL 1200.1..but I know that there are already rattles w/my current 500s and Kappa Perfect. Anyone know how the hell to get my door panels apart/where else I should deaden? It's a Lariat if that affects anything. I'm basically looking for step by step instructions..or a good site because I'm "selling" it back to my dad when I'm off to college and he won't want ripped up doors and broken pieces etc.. Also, whats the best deadener for the buck?
