Sound deadening

How much sound deadening would it take to do a 06 nissan frontier crew cab? Looking to do at least 1 layer on the 4 doors and maybe a layer under and behind the back seats where my sub will be. Im running polk db 6501 in the front and db 651 in the rear doors and sundown sd-3 10 all on a nvx jad900.5. Sorry for all the questions, I just want to do this install as clean as possible.

What are the best bang for your buck sound deadening, and not peel and seal. I live in south louisiana my first car I did peel in seal in the trunk of a 96 dodge avenger with a rockford fosgate t2 12" and it stunk so bad in the summer time. I used stinger road kill in the back of my tc and that seemed to work good.

That stuff's pretty cheap, way cheaper then most I've seen. From what I've see taken off the upholstery for the roof of a frontier is a real pain. I don't plan on ripping the whole truck apart just doing the major spots.
