Sound deadening roof? What's recamended?

I'm looking for ideas, my roof in my s10 has unreal flex and noise, 1995 extended cab s10... 150db

I used dynamat on the floor and inside panels, I have yet to do the doors or roof. I am leaning towards a spray of some kind so the deader won't fall off.

Shca 120 mil 2 layers will be fine. I had a 95 as well. 152.8 DB street b truck

I just used the GT Mat quadro 250ml. It worked great man, bought 25 sqft off eBay for around $100 cheaper if you don't buy the whole kit.

just deadened all the doors on my truck with the noico stp black, not as stiff as id like it to be, the metal is thin and cuts the hell out of your hands, but its actually pretty good stuff for the price. used 7 sheets for all 4 doors and 2 sheets left hopefully will be enough for the roof.

yep I'd definitely would pay more for better quality there...
