sound deadening

has anybody used fatmat. If so how is it? Which deadener is the best : dynamat extreme, fatmat, second skin, or edead. Which one is gonna stop the trunk rattling, but costs the least.

Ive heard nothing but good things about fatmat, however I would recommend getting ahold of ant. on the boards to get you some SECOND SKIN! He is a great guy and always has a great price for a QUALITY product. his username on here is ifandsorbuts or something like that.

tommyk90, how much did it cost you to secondskin your whole car? i want to deaden my whole car when i get it and i am looking for a certain price range to look for.. thanks alot

Well, i got a regular cab s-10, so it didn't take that much, yet. I did a layer on the back wall, layer on the roof, and a layer on each door, and still got a good amount on the roll left. But for a car it will definitely be more. I'd say order 100 square feet, cover everything, then if you got some left over do another layer in the trunk.
