Sound Deadening

I was reserching for sound deadening and it appears that Second Skin is reated the best sound deadener. But they have a bunch of different types. The sludge or the mat. Which one would be my best bet?

Im planning to dead the trunk and doors, and i want to do the floor also but im pretty sure that'll take quite a bit of time.

It takes a lot of time and work. Its not hard, its just painstaking work. The mat would probably be easier. Second skin is really expensive. RAAMmat is the best deal IMO.

raammat's the shit.........cost me 140 bucks to for 62.5 square feet...... thats a hella huge roll man, it's worth every penny...and a bit cheaper than dynamat

the best i have ever worked with is stinger roadkill. thats whats in my truck. sticks like no other and it bends nicely. get small wood roller, like 3" wide with rounded edges and mash that shit on.

X2 on the RAAMmat. It was very easy to install, I didn't need a roller.

if you want to do it right you need a roller no matter what you are sticking on. there are so many crevices, cracks, corners that get skipped over if you dont.
