When you guys took that plastic cover off the door panel. What did you guys use to get all that gunk off the door panel? I bought some bug & tar remover from autozone but that dont work. What did you guys use?

huh? what gunk? inside the door? gear greese? I have no gunk in my door. I clean before deadening with a degreaser followed by alcohol to make sure the degreaser doesnt effect the butyl.

That sticky stuff that sticks the plactic cover to the door panel.

try part cleaner works pretty well, spary on towell

wax and grease remover but lacquer thinner works the best, you can get both at any place that sells paint.

Well, finished the 2 doors. It was a pain in the a$$. Mid bass is awesome! Anybody who hasnt deadened their doors need to do so.
